The Full Story
This is an old black T-shirt of many Disney Villains including Professor Ratigan. The shirt came out in 1997 and features villains up to Hades, Pain and Panic from Hercules (although Judge Claude Frollo from <b>The Hunchback of Notre Dame</b> from 1996 was not included), and was sold in stores in some of the Disney theme parks.
